Nigerians have been left confused after governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa state paid for a newspaper advert to wish a happy 65th birthday to Bola Tinubu, the national leader of the All Progressives Congress APC. This makes it the second governor (after Fayose) of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP to sent a shout out publicly to the APC leader.
